frenzy on a hammer war is terrible. I'd much rather have enraging for rush but thats my opinion. Else it looks pretty normal.

Primal Rage is one of the most useless Warrior Elites. I'd rather have the rest of my skillbar than a better crit chance. Seriously, an elite KD skill is much much better.

The OP never stated if this was for PvE or PvP; since it's Dev Hammer, I'm willing to bet it's a PvP/RA/AB build more than likely.

Drop Auspicious Blow, Frenzy takes no time to recharge, and recharged or not, Rush doesn't do anything if you don't have the Adrenaline to use it. Mokele Smash is good for an Adrenaline surge I guess, but I never liked the recharge on it... Replace Auspicious with Fierce Blow for extra spike, or Mighty Blow if you think that Condi-removal is going to get rid of the Weakness.
